Heidi is a treasure - our dog, Oreo, loves her and loves his stays with Heidi. We love her, too -- we don't have to worry at all about Oreo while we're on holidays or leave him for a day care, and are at ease knowing she is taking the very best care of him.  She's dependable, reliable and truly loves her "clients". 

Oreo always got the very best of care with Heidi! He also loves the company of Heidi’s dogs and gets on really well with them. He had week long training session when he was a pup and always came home exhausted with all the fun and activities he did. The training was very effective and stayed with him forever. 

Heidi is extremely knowledgeable and is our go to person if we have any questions or need an opinion about raising Oreo. She provides such a wonderful, caring service...you can't get that just anywhere …

I’ve always wanted a big dog but was worried how my daughter would take to him, Simba is a big boy and Poppy was desperate to walk him however he was very strong and I was concerned he would drag and pull her over, I was recommended Heidi as a trainer and after a phone call consultation we agreed for Heidi to work with Poppy and Simba and work on a technique called follow me lead walking and the results are amazing! I’m now happy for Poppy to walk Simba knowing he has full respect for her and the lead. Thank you Heidi.  

Alfie absolutely loves going to stay with Heidi so we can really enjoy our time away from him without feeling guilty!

Heidi was really great helping the four of us with training Alfie so that he is now a joy to take anywhere.

Heidi is a very experienced and knowledgeable dog trainer, but it is her warmth and loving nature towards all dogs that shines through and has meant that we have continued to use Heidi over the years. We started off with group puppy training sessions, and then some 1-1 dog training with her to support specific issues we were having. Our Cockerpoo, Pippa has also boarded with Heidi on many occasions. Our dog is quite nervous and anxious yet she loves Heidi and it means we can leave her and enjoy our time away knowing she is I’m happy and being well looked after. Heidi offers flexible care that suits your own dogs needs and works with you to ensure her time will be stress free for both you and your dog. Every day she takes them out for wonderfully long walks and spends good quality time with them. Your dog is part of the family whilst they stay. We are so happy we have found Heidi. We couldn’t think of anyone else we would trust to leave Pippa with and can recommend her without reservation. Thank you Heidi ❤️ 

Heidi is simply amazing and our family have been so blessed to have met her and to have been supported for years with our boy Cody. From an early age Heidi helped us to train Cody, a cockapoo who had endless energy and as it materialised quite complex needs which we struggled to manage on our own. Heidi provided support for Cody and us as a family since he was just 6 months old for many years. Her knowledge, understanding and the care she provided was simply outstanding. Cody received the best care from Heidi and she went above and beyond for him. In return he idolised Heidi and the bond they formed was clear to see and he was so at ease in her company. This was quite remarkable as over time we had learnt that Cody had issues which often materialised as aggression,  as a family we had to be educated about how to recognise changes in his demeanour and behaviour, this was never a problem for Heidi she knew exactly what to do when we came across challenges with him repeatedly. 

I will always be so indebted to Heidi, she was the only person I could leave Cody with when we had breaks away, the only person who seemed to understand and manage his (at times) erratic behaviour, and the only person who provided the invaluable support we needed as a family in order to give our boy the best life. 

I highly recommend Heidi to anyone who wants the best care for their dog, she provided Cody with the full works training, boarding and grooming and he adored her. 

  When we took on our first ever dog, a five year old Pug, she came from a family of three young children, two cats and another dog.

We decided to get help and advice on training and behaviour and contacted Heidi. We are so glad that we did as the care and love that Heidi gives to the dogs is quite obvious to see.

We now have an adorable well behaved eight year old Pug who is a delight to have in the family.

Heidi takes care of all Carla's grooming needs and she loves visiting Heidi for a nice pampering session.
